Home solar system
I was interested in solar systems for a while but would have never thought to build one myself anytime soon. As we installed a water-to-water heat pump, also known as a ground source heat pump a couple years ago, the energy consumption increased dramatically. Considering the increased energy prices, I was able to convince my dad to build him a solar system on his house. I was responsible for the whole project management. I did all the planning, sourcing of components and integration in our house. I built it with my dad of course, that's not a one man job. And we needed an electrician for the grid connection and high voltage cables from the solar panels to the inverter, as this is legally required by the country.
